Hamid Mirzadeh and Saeid Mirzadeh bought a five-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1374 Beacon Circle in Wellington from Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., for $310,000 on Jan. 30.
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co., foreclosed the property in Aug. 2008. The 4,066-square-foot house was built in 2003.
Hamid Mirzadeh has been a student and player on the Gator Men’s Tennis team at the University of Florida.
In his career, he has earned several awards, including “All-American” recognition in singles and doubles play, and became the sixth player in school history to earn the honor three or more times in his career. He was named “Co-SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year” in 2003-04 and was the only player in NCAA Division I Tennis to advance to the quarterfinal round in both the singles and doubles draw at the 2004 NCAA Championships in Tulsa.
Saeid Mirzadeh has been the project owner of Flagler Convenience Store.
There were 1,029 home sales in Wellington in 2008, with a median sales price of $310,000.
