NJ town council member, construction owner sell for $1.12M

Tracy Petrongolo and Dino F. Petrongolo sold a three-bedroom, 3.5-bath home at 1230 S. Ocean Blvd. in Delray Beach to Pascal Didier Gombaut and Regine Baizeau Gombaut for $1.12 million on Jan. 30.

Mr. Petrungolo paid $960,000 for the property in May 2005. The 3,447-square-foot house was built in 1989.

Ms. Petrongolo has been a member of the Hammonton Town Council in Hammonton, N.J.

Mr. Petrongolo serves as the owner of A.P. Construction, Inc. The company, with offices in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, was founded in 1954.

There were 1,040 home sales in Delray Beach in 2008, with a median sales price of $189,000.
